i bought a new CCTV camera security system from ebay and i tried turning on the dvr on today i plugged everything in like in the directions but when i try to view the DVR on a monitor or TV it says no signal i tried vga and video output and all the screens say no signal it is a 320 gb DVR please help me ?????????????????????????????????????

I would want to solve a problem:how to build a remote-access security system(CCTV SYSTEM) over a digital TV signal(usually a cable modem on terminal) ,,,,users can easily recieve the remote-video and control–PTZ etc through an ordernary digital televetion,or ordernary TV with Top-box.
